V\u00fdzkumy v oblasti prevence p\u0159ed po\u010det\u00edm zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee zdravotn\u00ed stav obou rodi\u010d\u016f v obdob\u00ed 3 a\u017e 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f p\u0159ed oplodn\u011bn\u00edm z\u00e1sadn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje nejen \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost po\u010det\u00ed, ale i dlouhodob\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve sv\u00e9 praxi jsem m\u011bl snahu setkat se s nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmi rodi\u010di a probrat s&nbsp;nimi mo\u017enosti prevence p\u0159ed po\u010det\u00edm. Tehdy jsem m\u011bl na starosti Sdru\u017een\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f chronicky nemocn\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed a v&nbsp;jejich p\u0159\u00edpadech to bylo jasn\u00e9, proto\u017ee ji\u017e m\u011bli neblah\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti s&nbsp;nemoc\u00ed jejich prvn\u00edho d\u00edt\u011bte. A pokud pl\u00e1novali dal\u0161\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b, r\u00e1di do m\u00e9 poradny p\u0159i\u0161li. Ale jinak do preventivn\u00ed poradny nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed rodi\u010de nep\u0159i\u0161li. Vedl jsem poradnu atopick\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed a tehdy jsem m\u011bl mo\u017enost tuto poradnu nab\u00edzet jedinc\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed se ji\u017e bl\u00ed\u017eili do obdob\u00ed, kdy pl\u00e1novali zalo\u017eit svou vlastn\u00ed rodinu. Ale ani tehdy do poradny nep\u0159i\u0161li. V\u011bt\u0161inou k&nbsp;t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed do\u0161lo nepl\u00e1novan\u011b a pak na n\u011bjak\u00e9 preventivn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159ed po\u010det\u00edm bylo pozd\u011b. \u017dena za\u010dala nav\u0161t\u011bvovat gynekologickou poradnu a tam s&nbsp;n\u00ed jist\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem prov\u00e1d\u011bli edukaci o t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b k&nbsp;porodu; dostali p\u0159edpis u\u017e\u00edvat kyselinu listovou pro prevenci v\u00fdvojov\u00fdch vad nervov\u00e9 soustavy d\u00edt\u011bte a bylo ji doporu\u010dov\u00e1no doplnit \u017eelezo, v\u00e1pn\u00edk, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk, vitamin D a omega-3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, vyh\u00fdbat se kou\u0159en\u00ed, alkoholu atd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doty\u010dn\u00ed rodi\u010de se dostavili do m\u00e9 poradny a\u017e v&nbsp;okam\u017eiku, kdy se po porodu jejich nemoc objevila tak\u00e9 u jejich \u010derstv\u011b narozen\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed pronikaj\u00ed bu\u0148ky d\u00edt\u011bte do krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu matky a zase zp\u011bt k d\u00edt\u011bti. Je to p\u0159irozen\u00fd proces, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m bu\u0148ky plodu proch\u00e1zej\u00ed p\u0159es placentu do krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu matky ji\u017e od 6.\u20137. t\u00fddne t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed. Po cel\u00fdch 41 t\u00fddn\u016f si t\u011blo matky a d\u00edt\u011bte vym\u011b\u0148uje bu\u0148ky a i po porodu mnoho z nich v mat\u010din\u011b t\u011ble z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1. Usazuj\u00ed se v jej\u00edch org\u00e1nech, kostech, mozku i k\u016f\u017ei a mohou tam p\u0159etrv\u00e1vat des\u00edtky let. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b, kter\u00e9 \u017eena nos\u00ed, v n\u00ed zanech\u00e1 stejn\u00fd otisk. L\u00e9ka\u0159i tomu \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed fet\u00e1ln\u011b-matern\u00e1ln\u00ed mikrochim\u00e9rismus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je z&nbsp;toho jasn\u00e9, \u017ee matka a d\u00edt\u011b jsou jedno t\u011blo. Ale nem\u016f\u017eeme si myslet, \u017ee se to net\u00fdk\u00e1 otce d\u00edt\u011bte. I on v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem zasahuje do tohoto vztahu, a to zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v obdob\u00ed p\u0159ed po\u010det\u00edm. A d\u016fle\u017eitou roli hraje b\u011bhem t\u011bhotenstv\u00edm, p\u0159i porodu, a potom v&nbsp;n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm obdob\u00ed po narozen\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale vra\u0165me se k&nbsp;ji\u017e prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00edmu t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed. Tehdy plat\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed od gynekologa stran dopl\u0148k\u016f a stravy. Kyselina listov\u00e1 ji\u017e mohla b\u00fdt d\u00e1v\u00e1na p\u0159ed t\u011bhotenstv\u00edm a tzv. omega-3 DHA je doporu\u010dov\u00e1na v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu v\u0161ech f\u00e1z\u00ed t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed v&nbsp;minim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e1vce 200 mg \/ den. Souvis\u00ed to jak se zdrav\u00edm matky, tak plodu. (Doporu\u010den\u00ed obecn\u00e9, situace \u010dasto vy\u017eaduje jin\u00e9 d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lid\u00e9 \u010dasto v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee omega-3 je jedna mastn\u00e1 kyselina, ale je to cel\u00e1 \u0159ada mastn\u00fdch kyselin. Omega-3 tvo\u0159\u00ed jednu skupinu a omega-6 druhou. \u010casto se o nich mluv\u00ed dohromady, proto\u017ee ve sv\u00fdch metabolick\u00fdch drah\u00e1ch si konkuruj\u00ed, usiluj\u00ed o stejn\u00fd enzym. \u00dapln\u011b naho\u0159e v&nbsp;posloupnosti jsou v obou skupin\u00e1ch mastn\u00e9 kyseliny (MK), kter\u00fdm se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong><em>esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed<\/em><\/strong>. \u010casto je najdete v rostlinn\u00e9 strav\u011b, olej\u00edch. T\u011blo um\u00ed omega-3 i omega-6 zm\u011bnit na del\u0161\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzce. A ty hlavn\u011b t\u011blo matky pot\u0159ebuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je zn\u00e1m\u00fd fakt, \u017ee mezi omega mastn\u00fdmi kyselinami je nerovnov\u00e1ha. Dramaticky se zm\u011bnil pom\u011br omega-6 : omega-3. Spr\u00e1vn\u00fd pom\u011br omega-6 a&nbsp;omega-3 je 3:1 a&nbsp;ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Evropan\u00e9 v\u0161ak maj\u00ed vinou zp\u016fsobu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd pom\u011br 15:1. Jen 5 % Evropan\u016f m\u00e1 odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed pom\u011br 3:1. 20 % z&nbsp;t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed pravideln\u011b u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ne\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky s&nbsp;omega-3, maj\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd pom\u011br 7:1. 75 % t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 omega-3 dopl\u0148ky neu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed, maj\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd pom\u011br 15:1. Sv\u00fdm d\u00edlem se na t\u00e9to situaci pod\u00edl\u00ed konzumace pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00fdch potravin, kter\u00e1 podporuje uvedenou nerovnov\u00e1hu mezi esenci\u00e1ln\u00edmi omega-6 a&nbsp;omega-3 v&nbsp;bu\u0148k\u00e1ch, co\u017e vede k&nbsp;chronick\u00fdm z\u00e1n\u011bt\u016fm v&nbsp;t\u011ble.&nbsp;Omega-6 toti\u017e p\u016fsob\u00ed pro-z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u011b, kde\u017eto omega-3 PROTIZ\u00c1N\u011aTLIV\u011a. A jen vysv\u011btlen\u00ed tohoto faktu by st\u00e1lo za to, kdyby se rodi\u010de p\u0159i\u0161li informovat a p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fd nepom\u011br uvedli p\u0159ed po\u010det\u00edm do hodnot 1:1 nebo alespo\u0148 do hodnot 3:1. Jestli m\u00e1 matka p\u0159ed po\u010det\u00edm popsan\u00fd pro-z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fd pom\u011br omega-6: omega-3, pak lze p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee tuto situaci p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed i na sv\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na sv\u011bt s&nbsp;podm\u00ednkami v\u00fdhodn\u00fdmi pro z\u00e1n\u011bt, alergii apod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1m k&nbsp;tomuto zp\u016fsobu prevence p\u0159ed po\u010det\u00edm p\u0159izp\u016fsobenu speci\u00e1ln\u00ed internetovou poradnu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.symbivita.cz\/lekarska-poradna\/privatni\">https:\/\/www.symbivita.cz\/lekarska-poradna\/privatni<\/a>, a ta ji\u017e funguje 20 let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MUDr. P. \u0160\u00e1cha<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>p\u0159ed po\u010det\u00edm (I.)
