V\u017edy\u0165 tuky, cukry a b\u00edlkoviny tvo\u0159\u00ed pil\u00ed\u0159e, je\u017e t\u011blo pot\u0159ebuje k&nbsp;\u017eivotu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak\u017ee i tuky pot\u0159ebuje pro svou \u010dinnost a hladina reaguje na fyzickou a du\u0161evn\u00ed aktivitu. V\u0161e je regulov\u00e1no a mezi uveden\u00fdmi pil\u00ed\u0159i je rovnov\u00e1ha. Probl\u00e9m nastane v&nbsp;okam\u017eiku, kdy je hladina tuk\u016f del\u0161\u00ed dobu v&nbsp;nadbytku. Tehdy si t\u011blo za\u010dne vytv\u00e1\u0159et tukov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby pro p\u0159\u00edpad eventu\u00e1ln\u00edho obdob\u00ed hladu a nedostatku j\u00eddla. M\u016f\u017eeme d\u011bkovat Bohu, \u017ee dnes netrp\u00edme hladem a nedostatkem j\u00eddla. Ale stinnou str\u00e1nkou takov\u00e9 situace je, \u017ee ty z\u00e1soby nejsou vyu\u017eity a systematicky se zv\u011bt\u0161uj\u00ed. M\u00e1me v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem, ale men\u0161\u00ed v\u00fddej energie; p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e9 tuky nejsou sp\u00e1leny pohybem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadbytek energie se obecn\u011b ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 ve form\u011b sval\u016f (nap\u0159. d\u00edky silov\u00e9mu tr\u00e9ninku) nebo tukov\u00fdch z\u00e1sob, co\u017e p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k n\u00e1r\u016fstu t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti.&nbsp;V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee energie nen\u00ed vyu\u017eita, p\u0159ijme t\u011blo tukovou bu\u0148ku za vlastn\u00ed a za\u010dne si ji h\u00fd\u010dkat. Z\u00e1sobuje ji jemn\u00fdmi krevn\u00edmi c\u00e9vami, a t\u00edm j\u00ed p\u0159isouv\u00e1 \u017eiviny. Nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m ji obklop\u00ed jemn\u00fdmi nervov\u00fdmi vl\u00e1kny a zapojuje ji tak do celkov\u00e9ho t\u011bln\u00edho re\u017eimu. A v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci tohoto re\u017eimu za\u010dne vznikl\u00e1 tukov\u00e1 tk\u00e1\u0148 produkovat \u0159adu hormon\u016f a cytokin\u016f. V\u011bdci objevili regula\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e1tky jako leptin, adiponektin, rezistin\u2026 A p\u0159\u00edmo na tukovou tk\u00e1\u0148 p\u016fsob\u00ed inzulin, kortikoidy, r\u016fstov\u00fd hormon, hormony \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy. A jin\u00e9 hormony komunikuj\u00ed s tukovou tk\u00e1n\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edmo &#8211; z\u00e1sahem do metabolismu &#8211; jako je ghrenin (v&nbsp;\u017ealudku), jeho\u017e koncentrace stoupaj\u00ed p\u0159i hladov\u011bn\u00ed. Do metabolismu zasahuje tak\u00e9 hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed antikoncepce. Adiponektin a rezistin maj\u00ed citlivost k inzulinu, p\u0159i obezit\u011b podporuj\u00ed vznik rezistence na inzulin a tak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj metabolick\u00e9ho syndromu a cukrovky 2. typu. Leptin p\u016fsob\u00ed na mozkov\u00e9 centrum pro chu\u0165 k&nbsp;j\u00eddlu a ovliv\u0148uje t\u00edm nechutenstv\u00ed anebo naopak zv\u00fd\u0161enou chu\u0165 k&nbsp;j\u00eddlu. Rozto\u010den\u00e1 spir\u00e1la metabolick\u00e9ho syndromu a s t\u00edm vznikl\u00e1 obezita vedou ke vzniku rezistence v\u016f\u010di leptinu. A n\u00e1sledek si dok\u00e1\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd domyslet, chu\u0165 k&nbsp;j\u00eddlu je tu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u011b ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obezita obecn\u011b zvy\u0161uje objem krve a&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci srdce, nar\u016fst\u00e1 svalov\u00e1 hmota srdce (hypertrofie) a&nbsp;zv\u011bt\u0161uje se objem komory (dilatace).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viscer\u00e1ln\u00ed tuk je hlubok\u00fd tuk ulo\u017een\u00fd v b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed dutin\u011b a obaluje vnit\u0159n\u00ed org\u00e1ny&nbsp;(j\u00e1tra, slinivku, st\u0159eva), na rozd\u00edl od podko\u017en\u00edho tuku. Nadbytek viscer\u00e1ln\u00edho tuku spou\u0161t\u00ed metabolick\u00fd stres a&nbsp;chronick\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt, kter\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k&nbsp;rozvoji hypertrofie srdce bez dilatace. Srdce pracuje proti vysok\u00e9mu odporu, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku ischemick\u00e9 choroby srde\u010dn\u00ed a srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m sledovat sv\u016fj BMI, lze pou\u017e\u00edt tzv. BMI kalkula\u010dku a hned m\u00e1te mo\u017enost vid\u011bt, do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry v\u00e1m hroz\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed riziko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zde bych je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159idal malou p\u0159ipom\u00ednku t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se mu\u017e\u016f. Jde o andropauzu neboli \u201emu\u017esk\u00fd p\u0159echod\u201c<strong>. <\/strong>P\u0159\u00edznaky t\u00e9to b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed obezity souvisej\u00ed s&nbsp;poklesem hladiny mu\u017esk\u00e9ho testosteronu. Stav hladiny testosteronu lze zjistit z&nbsp;krve. A jeho nedostatek dopl\u0148ovat pomoc\u00ed medikamentu. To v\u0161ak nedoporu\u010duji bez proveden\u00e9ho z\u00e1kladn\u00edho andrologick\u00e9ho vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed. U t\u011bchto stav\u016f se v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci preventivn\u00edho opat\u0159en\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed vitaminy (D3, C, B6), miner\u00e1ly (zinek, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk, selen) a extrakty z bylin (nap\u0159. kotvi\u010dn\u00edk zemn\u00ed, p\u00edskavice \u0159eck\u00e9 seno).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je zde \u0159e\u010d o tuc\u00edch, ale to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee obezita a vysok\u00e1 hladina tuk\u016f vznikne jen j\u00eddlem tu\u010dn\u00fdch j\u00eddel. Je vystopov\u00e1na cesta tvorby tuk\u016f \u201ez&nbsp;ni\u010deho\u201c. Odborn\u011b je to vyj\u00e1d\u0159eno pojmem <em>de novo lipogeneze<\/em> a je to proces, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m doch\u00e1z\u00ed k tvorb\u011b mastn\u00fdch kyselin z jednoduch\u00fdch cukr\u016f, jako je gluk\u00f3za, a to zejm\u00e9na v j\u00e1trech a tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni.&nbsp;V podstat\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o tvorbu tuk\u016f z l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 nejsou samy o sob\u011b tuky.&nbsp;Zp\u016fsob tvorby lipid\u016f (de novo lipogeneze), a t\u00edm tvorbu cholesterolu m\u016f\u017eeme zm\u00edrnit \u010di zastavit pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm omega-3 ve form\u011b fosfolipid\u016f. Co\u017e je typick\u00e9 pro omega-3 fosfolipidy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. MUDr. Hana Rosolov\u00e1, DrSc. z&nbsp;Centra preventivn\u00ed kardiologie v&nbsp;Plzni informovala na akreditovan\u00e9m semin\u00e1\u0159i v&nbsp;dubnu 2025, kter\u00fd se konal v&nbsp;Praze, v&nbsp;t\u00e9to souvislosti s&nbsp;v\u00fdskytem ischemick\u00fdch chorob srde\u010dn\u00edch o hrozb\u00e1ch, pokud je u \u010dlov\u011bka nalezena vysok\u00e1 hladina triglycerid\u016f a n\u00edzk\u00e1 hladina HDL. A popsala studie, kter\u00e9 uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee riziko sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed ischemick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edhod je v\u00fdznamn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed u t\u011bch lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed 2 g ikosapent-ethylu 2 x denn\u011b oproti placebu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co je ikosapent-ethyl?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e9kov\u00e1 l\u00e1tka, kter\u00e1 je \u010dist\u0161\u00edm ethyl esterem omega-3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, kyseliny eikosapentaenov\u00e9 (EPA). Jin\u00fdmi slovy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pouze suplementace omega-3 MK p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed <u>prevenci<\/u> srde\u010dn\u011b c\u00e9vn\u00edch nemoc\u00ed. <\/strong>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem omega-3 (1 g\/den) sni\u017euje riziko \u00famrt\u00ed o 3,5 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;r\u00e1mci metabolick\u00e9ho syndromu hovo\u0159ila tak\u00e9 o riziku pro po\u0161kozen\u00ed ledvin, proto se m\u00e1 \u0159\u00edkat srde\u010dn\u011b ledvinov\u00fd metabolick\u00fd syndrom. Eventu\u00e1ln\u011b srde\u010dn\u011b ledvinov\u00fd a jatern\u00ed metabolick\u00fd syndrom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tuky a nev\u00fdhodn\u00fd pom\u011br MK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Statistiky o t\u00e9to problematice uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee 95 % lid\u00ed m\u00e1 tento pom\u011br nev\u00fdhodn\u00fd. Dnes v\u00edme, jak je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 m\u00edt vyrovnan\u00fd pom\u011br p\u0159\u00edjmu j\u00eddel obsahuj\u00edc\u00edch omega mastn\u00e9 kyseliny 6 a 3. Pokud p\u0159eva\u017euje omega-6 nad omega-3, tvo\u0159\u00ed se v&nbsp;t\u011ble prost\u0159ed\u00ed podporuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt a jin\u00e9 patologie. Mnoho lid\u00ed \u0159e\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m s&nbsp;ateroskler\u00f3zou a s&nbsp;tzv. sklerotick\u00fdm pl\u00e1tem. U\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed statiny na rozpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed cholesterolu a l\u00e9ky na \u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed krve, aby t\u00edm p\u0159edch\u00e1zeli vzniku trombu a ucp\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00e9v. Proto zde uveden\u00e1 p\u0159ipom\u00ednka nab\u00fdv\u00e1 velk\u00fd v\u00fdznam k&nbsp;pozn\u00e1n\u00ed podstaty probl\u00e9mu. Ateroskler\u00f3za je z\u00e1n\u011bt a p\u0159i z\u00e1n\u011btu se tam dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice LDL cholesterolu, usazuj\u00ed se a tvo\u0159\u00ed sklerotick\u00fd pl\u00e1t. Nen\u00ed to tedy jen o odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed cholesterolu (n\u00e1sledku), ale sou\u010dasn\u011b je podstatn\u00e9 vytvo\u0159it v&nbsp;t\u011ble podm\u00ednky, aby se netvo\u0159il z\u00e1n\u011bt, kter\u00fd p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed cholesterolu na st\u011bnu c\u00e9vn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u016fj n\u00e1zor je, \u017ee j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd den obsahovat rybu. To p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k&nbsp;vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed uveden\u00e9ho \u0161patn\u00e9ho pom\u011bru mezi omega-6 a omega-3 MK. A samotn\u00e9 omega-3 MK sni\u017euj\u00ed triglyceridy, sni\u017euj\u00ed krevn\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017elivost a maj\u00ed protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek. Mn\u011b to d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl, jak lze p\u0159edch\u00e1zet srde\u010dn\u011b c\u00e9vn\u00edm chorob\u00e1m a jin\u00fdm nemocem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejl\u00e9pe by m\u011bla b\u00fdt ryba mastn\u00e1 a tu\u010dn\u00e1, d\u00e1le t\u0159eba olej z&nbsp;tres\u010d\u00edch jater, losos, sardinky, tu\u0148\u00e1k, houby rostouc\u00ed na slunci, vaje\u010dn\u00fd \u017eloutek + kvalitn\u00ed chlorela. Ryby jsou zdrojem omega-3 MK a p\u016fsob\u00ed tak\u00e9 na rozmanitost st\u0159evn\u00edho mikrobiomu\u2026, co\u017e je dal\u0161\u00ed plus pro zdrav\u00ed jedince.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i besed\u00e1ch a na p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161k\u00e1ch prov\u00e1d\u00edm jednoduch\u00fd dotazn\u00edkov\u00fd test, jak \u010dasto se objevuje ryba v&nbsp;j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku poslucha\u010d\u016f. Ka\u017ed\u00fd den, jednou t\u00fddn\u011b, nebo jen o V\u00e1noc\u00edch? Ka\u017ed\u00fd den ur\u010dit\u011b ne, to se ned\u011bje, proti spln\u011bn\u00ed tohoto po\u017eadavku jmenuj\u00ed \u0159adu objektivn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d to nejde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esto nab\u00edz\u00edme konzultace o zdravotn\u00edm stavu d\u011bt\u00ed i dosp\u011bl\u00fdch.
