P\u016fsob\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dvou v\u011btv\u00ed \u2013&nbsp;<strong>sympatiku<\/strong>&nbsp;(zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9ho za okam\u017eit\u00e9 reakce organismu na hroz\u00edc\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, je to aktivace \u201ebojuj, nebo ute\u010d\u201c) a&nbsp;<strong>parasympatiku<\/strong>&nbsp;(\u0159\u00edd\u00ed imunitn\u00ed funkce, tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, opravy tk\u00e1n\u00ed, jeho aktivita sm\u011b\u0159uje k \u00fatlumu funkc\u00ed). B\u011bhem druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky \u017eil ve V\u00eddni v&nbsp;\u017eidovsk\u00e9 rodin\u011b Viktor Frankl, <a href=\"http:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rakousko\">rakousk\u00fd<\/a> neurolog a psychiatr, autor n\u011bkolika v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch knih (\u017divot, kter\u00fd d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl, Hled\u00e1n\u00ed smyslu, \u2026). Byl jedn\u00edm z&nbsp;prvn\u00edch, kdo psali o psychoneuroimunologii. Uzn\u00e1val \u00fazkou spojitost mezi mysl\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka &#8211; jeho pohnutkami, obavami, stresy &#8211; a stavem imunity t\u011bla a uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee ztr\u00e1ta nad\u011bje, motivu a odvahy m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt smrt\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek. S\u00e1m p\u0159e\u017eil koncentra\u010dn\u00ed t\u00e1bor, ze kter\u00e9ho byl osvobozen a\u017e koncem v\u00e1lky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes neza\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me tak krut\u00e9 stresov\u00e9 situace, kter\u00e9 pro\u017e\u00edvali lid\u00e9 v&nbsp;koncentra\u010dn\u00edm t\u00e1bo\u0159e. Dalo by se \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee se tyto znaky t\u00fdkaj\u00ed emoc\u00ed, jsou evidentn\u011b negativn\u00ed a (jak bylo v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bno) mozek na n\u011b reaguje stresovou reakc\u00ed, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e se uvoln\u00ed hormony. Ty ovlivn\u00ed imunitu a v\u016fbec mnoh\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 pochody, kam bychom za\u0159adili tak\u00e9 chronick\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt, neschopnost zni\u010dit rakovinn\u00e9 bu\u0148ky. Kolektivn\u011b maj\u00ed rozv\u00edjet schopnosti l\u00e9pe zvl\u00e1dat p\u016fsoben\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edch stres\u016f, budovat si pocit klidu a spokojenosti a tak\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eit po\u017eadavky na materi\u00e1ln\u00ed statky. Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno, vr\u00e1tit se k&nbsp;jednoduchosti a v\u011bnovat se v\u00edce sportov\u00e1n\u00ed, pobytu v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b. Naj\u00edt si \u010das na sebe navz\u00e1jem. V&nbsp;tomto bod\u011b je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si vyp\u011bstovat schopnost se vyj\u00e1d\u0159it, sd\u00edlet si emoce, neb\u00e1t se po\u017e\u00e1dat o pomoc. Volba je na tob\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okr\u00e1d\u00e1 t\u011b zb\u011bsil\u00e9 tempo modern\u00edho \u017eivota o pokoj? Pokud ano, zpomal a znovu se soust\u0159e\u010f na P\u00e1na. Uv\u011bdom si, \u017ee je s tebou a \u017ee m\u00e1 v\u0161e pod kontrolou, a\u0165 u\u017e se ti do cesty postav\u00ed cokoli.
