Val\u00ed se na n\u00e1s tolik r\u016fzn\u00fdch podn\u011bt\u016f, kam se pod\u00edv\u00e1te, je reklama, v\u0161ude v\u00e1m slibuj\u00ed, podb\u00edzej\u00ed se, l\u00e1kaj\u00ed v\u00e1s na slevy. Dr. Google zn\u00e1 na v\u0161echno odpov\u011b\u010f, m\u016f\u017eete \u010d\u00edst od r\u00e1na do ve\u010dera \u010dl\u00e1nky, zaru\u010den\u011b spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 rady, jak pe\u010dovat o sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, a do toho \u00b4se montuje\u00b4 um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e1te se starat o sv\u00e9 st\u0159evo, o jeho mikrobiom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem zdrav\u00e9ho mikrobiomu je p\u0159itom rozmanitost stravy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kde ov\u0161em se\u017eenete ten rozmanit\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek? M\u00e1te skute\u010dn\u011b velk\u00fd, \u0159ekl bych obrovsk\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br rozmanit\u00fdch potravin. Ale, velk\u00e9 ale: Kter\u00e9 z&nbsp;nich odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdm doporu\u010den\u00edm? Ka\u017ed\u00fd z&nbsp;n\u00e1s v&nbsp;tom jede, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z&nbsp;n\u00e1s vlastn\u011b nem\u00e1 jinou volbu ne\u017e nakupovat v&nbsp;hypermarketech. Soukrom\u00fdch obchod\u016f s&nbsp;vlastn\u00edmi produkty, kde bychom asi na\u0161li, co je v\u00fd\u0161e \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1no, je opravdov\u00e9 minimum. Ale ceny za takov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky jsou obvykle o dost vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e nab\u00edz\u00ed super konkuren\u010dn\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzec. A tak, a\u0165 chceme nebo ne, jdeme si koupit takov\u00e9 produkty, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m zdrav\u00ed nepodpo\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e1te se vyh\u00fdbat stresu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ps\u00e1no, \u017ee stres ovliv\u0148uje rovnov\u00e1hu mikrobiomu, ovliv\u0148uje t\u00edm imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, na\u0161i kondici fyzickou i du\u0161evn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1me v\u011bnovat \u010das na klidn\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, nem\u00e1me u toho sp\u011bchat, m\u00e1me j\u00eddlo hodn\u011b kousat. Skute\u010dn\u011b se n\u00e1m to da\u0159\u00ed? Komu? \u0158idi\u010d\u016fm, kamio\u0148\u00e1k\u016fm, d\u011bln\u00edk\u016fm v&nbsp;ter\u00e9nu, ve fabrik\u00e1ch, podnikatel\u016fm, mana\u017e\u00e9r\u016fm a t\u0159eba i t\u011bm prodava\u010d\u016fm v&nbsp;hypermarketech?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd si svou situaci m\u016f\u017ee vyhodnotit s\u00e1m. Stresov\u00e9 situace jsou nutnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u017eivota. Existuj\u00ed n\u00e1zory, \u017ee se \u010dlov\u011bk dok\u00e1\u017ee na stres adaptovat, ano, to je pravda, ale pokud ten stres p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1 del\u0161\u00ed dobu, cel\u00fd adapta\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m posl\u00e9ze selh\u00e1v\u00e1. M\u00e1me dodr\u017eovat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pravidlo 8 hodin pr\u00e1ce, 8 hodin voln\u00e9 \u010dinnost\u00ed, 8 hodin sp\u00e1nku. M\u00e1me vyp\u00ednat mozek, m\u00e1me sportovat, cvi\u010dit. Nem\u00e1me kou\u0159it, nem\u00e1me stres a deprese ut\u00e1p\u011bt v&nbsp;alkoholu&#8230; Nem\u00e1me\u2026 atd. Tak komu se to da\u0159\u00ed, kdo \u017eije bez-stresov\u011b? A pokud \u017eije ve stresu, dok\u00e1\u017ee u\u010dinit zm\u011bnu, tot\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bnu sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota? V Americe je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, \u017ee \u201emodern\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk\u201c m\u00e1 sv\u00e9ho \u201ecvoka\u0159e\u201c. Pr\u00fd to pat\u0159\u00ed k&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e1te se starat o sv\u016fj pitn\u00fd re\u017eim,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>dr\u017eet se v\u00fdpo\u010dtu v\u00e1ha x 0,03 a vyjde v\u00e1m mno\u017estv\u00ed tekutin v&nbsp;ml, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te za den vyp\u00edt. Tedy bez chemie, bez bublinek, bez p\u0159\u00edsad, pokud mo\u017eno s&nbsp;pH bl\u00edzk\u00e9mu&nbsp;neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnot\u011b. Sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e se postav\u00edte na chv\u00edli u vchodu do hypermarketu a pozorujete, jak\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed a jak\u00fd druh pet-lahv\u00ed s&nbsp;n\u00e1poji si lid\u00e9 odv\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed dom\u016f k&nbsp;tzv. dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pitn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu\u2026 Pr\u00fd maj\u00ed k\u0159\u00eddla.
