Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jde o to, aby ta podpora \u0161la p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed cestou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamin D3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to sp\u00ed\u0161e hormon ne\u017e vitamin, pracuje p\u0159\u00edmo s bu\u0148kami, aby vyvolaly specifick\u00e9 biologick\u00e9 procesy. Vzhledem k nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 expozici sluncem a nevyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9mu j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku nem\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed z hlediska funk\u010dnosti dostate\u010dnou hladinu vitaminu D. Tento fakt vysvitl v souvislosti se zdokonalenou technikou vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed vitaminu D3 pat\u0159\u00ed mezi z\u00e1kladn\u00ed kroky prevence p\u0159ed virov\u00fdmi infekcemi. Viz zku\u0161enosti v&nbsp;\u00b4dob\u011b covidov\u00e9\u00b4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zinek \u2013 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 kole\u010dko v imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zinek je&nbsp;<strong>\u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd pro stabilizaci nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho nebo nedostate\u010dn\u00e9ho imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/strong>&nbsp;Jedn\u00edm z prim\u00e1rn\u00edch mechanism\u016f, kter\u00fdmi se zinek zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1, je lidsk\u00fd cytokininov\u00fd interferon alfa. Jedn\u00e1 se o b\u00edlkovinu, kter\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinkuje p\u0159i mno\u017een\u00ed vir\u016f v t\u011ble. Je odpov\u011bdn\u00fd za ochranu DNA, prevenci virov\u00e9 replikace a za ochranu p\u0159ed kumulac\u00ed metabolick\u00fdch odpad\u016f uvnit\u0159 bun\u011bk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamin C<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk mus\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1vat tento vitamin z extern\u00edch zdroj\u016f: z potravy nebo&nbsp; potravn\u00edch dopl\u0148k\u016f. B\u00edl\u00e9 krvinky pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed vitamin C, spolu t\u011blo br\u00e1n\u00ed a bojuj\u00ed proti ciz\u00edm patogen\u016fm.<br>Krom\u011b toho je vitamin C d\u016fle\u017eitou slo\u017ekou p\u0159i \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch reakc\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b. A kone\u010dn\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed vitamin C tak\u00e9 jako antihistaminikum a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 \u0159\u00eddit z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 reakce p\u0159i nachlazen\u00ed, ch\u0159ipce atd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beta glukan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>je jedn\u00edm z nejv\u00edce vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fdch imunitn\u00edch modul\u00e1tor\u016f, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 v\u00e1zat b\u00edl\u00e9 krvinky a zlep\u0161it imunitn\u00ed koordinaci. Beta-glukanov\u00e9 slou\u010deniny se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v houb\u00e1ch, kvasink\u00e1ch, n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u0159as\u00e1ch a ovsu. Beta-glukany jsou t\u0159\u00eddou polysacharidov\u00fdch slou\u010denin &#8211; jedn\u00edm z l\u00e9pe studovan\u00fdch je 1,3-D beta glukan. Studie uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee beta-glukany maj\u00ed schopnost aktivovat T-bu\u0148ky, makrof\u00e1gy, NK bu\u0148ky a cytokininy interleukin 1 a 2. V d\u016fsledku toho v\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee beta-glukany jsou schopny pom\u00e1hat inhibovat r\u016fst rakoviny a chr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed patogeny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Omega-3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny V\/S omega-6 mastn\u00fdm kyselin\u00e1m<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00eddla bohat\u00e1 na omega-6 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny &#8211; \u010derven\u00e9 maso, vejce a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky &#8211; spou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed nadprodukci kyseliny arachidonov\u00e9. V reakci na vysokou hladinu kyseliny arachidonov\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuje t\u011blo enzym&nbsp;arachidonat 5-lipoxygenasu. Ten p\u0159em\u011bn\u00ed kyselinu arachidonovou na proz\u00e1n\u011btlivou l\u00e1tku&nbsp;<strong>leukotrien B4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee 97 % lid\u00ed je v&nbsp;nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, proto\u017ee maj\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1hu mezi omega-6 a omega-3, n\u00edzkou hladinu omega-3, nedostatek polyfenol\u016f ve strav\u011b a m\u00e1lo vitaminu D. Je fakt, \u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me v\u00edc omega-6 a m\u00e1lo omega-3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud omez\u00edme tuto stravu a budeme se orientovat na ryb\u00ed olej s omega-3 nenasycen\u00fdmi kyselinami, pak nahrad\u00ed kyselinu arachidonovou a v prv\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b se utvo\u0159\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>leukotrien B5<\/strong>, maj\u00edc\u00ed mnohem men\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btlivou aktivitu ne\u017e leukotrien B4.<br>Ryb\u00ed olej obsahuje omega-3 nenasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny: kyselinu eikosapentaenovou \u2013 EPA a kyselinu dekosahexaenovou \u2013 DHA. Ty sni\u017euj\u00ed tvorbu leukotrienu B4 a tak\u00e9 TNF. P\u0159evahu omega-3 nenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin najdeme p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b v&nbsp;ryb\u00edm mase z&nbsp;mo\u0159e (losos, makrela, tu\u0148\u00e1k, treska).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krok, kter\u00fd uskute\u010dn\u00ed vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed omega-6 a omega-3, pova\u017euji za nejpodstatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Glutathion <\/strong>je siln\u00fd antioxidant, \u0159\u00edd\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bty a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 regulovat dal\u0161\u00ed antioxidanty v t\u011ble, jako je vitamin C. Je tak\u00e9 siln\u00fdm detoxika\u010dn\u00edm \u010dinidlem &#8211; pom\u00e1h\u00e1 odstra\u0148ovat toxiny v t\u011ble tak, aby nemohly imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m potla\u010dovat.<br>Pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje T-bu\u0148ky, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro boj s bakteriemi, viry, parazity a dal\u0161\u00edmi \u0161kodliv\u00fdmi patogeny. M\u00e1 siln\u00e9 protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky, ale tak\u00e9 napom\u00e1h\u00e1 imunitn\u00edmu syst\u00e9mu s protil\u00e1tkov\u00fdmi odpov\u011b\u010fmi odpov\u011bdn\u00fdmi za c\u00edlen\u00ed infekc\u00ed. Kurkumin m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00ednos pro p\u0159edch\u00e1zen\u00ed artritid\u00e1m, astmatu, alergi\u00edm a rakovinn\u00fdm proces\u016fm.
