A pak z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry se takov\u00e1 zm\u011bna paradigmatu dostane do praxe. N\u011bkdy to jde rychle, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pokud se uk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee zm\u011bna p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed ekonomick\u00fd efekt, jindy to jde pomalu, a\u017e velmi pomalu, kdy\u017e zm\u011bna nevykazuje viditeln\u00fd finan\u010dn\u00ed efekt. P\u0159esto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed zdravotn\u00edho stavu. Tuto situaci m\u016f\u017eete v praxi \u010dasto sly\u0161et z \u00fast l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed reaguj\u00ed na va\u0161e chronick\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee slovy: \u201eS t\u00edm se ned\u00e1 nic d\u011blat, va\u0161e nemoc je chronick\u00e1.\u201c Nebo: \u201eVa\u0161e pot\u00ed\u017ee pat\u0159\u00ed k v\u011bku.\u201c<br>Lze z toho usuzovat, \u017ee uplat\u0148uj\u00ed jedinou p\u0159ij\u00edmanou formu (paradigma), kter\u00e1 se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu usadila jako komfortn\u00ed z\u00f3na, ze kter\u00e9 je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 vyj\u00edt.<br>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci p\u0159ich\u00e1zeli na to, \u017ee nedostatek vl\u00e1kniny v modern\u00ed strav\u011b je jedn\u00edm z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch moment\u016f pro rozvoj mnoh\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed.<br>U\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vl\u00e1knin ji\u017e nen\u00ed paradigma<br>Vl\u00e1knina podporuje zdrav\u00e9 za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159edch\u00e1zet z\u00e1cp\u011b a hraje roli p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hladiny cholesterolu v krvi. Tak\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 regulovat hladinu cukru v krvi a d\u00e1v\u00e1 pocit sytosti, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee pomoci p\u0159i regulaci t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti.<br>Stran hubnut\u00ed zn\u00ed zaj\u00edmav\u011b z\u00e1v\u011br jist\u00e9 studie: Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si za\u0159azovali do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku 30 g vl\u00e1kniny denn\u011b, ztratili t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 stejn\u011b velkou \u010d\u00e1st hmotnosti jako ti, ji\u017e se sna\u017eili hubnout pomoc\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch diet. V\u00fdzkum nazna\u010duje, \u017ee vl\u00e1kniny mohou hr\u00e1t pozitivn\u00ed roli pro pos\u00edlen\u00ed imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a p\u0159isp\u00edvat ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed kognitivn\u00ed v\u00fdkonnosti = pos\u00edlit pam\u011b\u0165, zlep\u0161it funkce mozku, zv\u00fd\u0161it jeho v\u00fdkonnost a rychlost.<br>Mus\u00edm vzpomenout na doby, kdy se vl\u00e1knina pova\u017eovala za balast, tj. za n\u011bco, co projde st\u0159evem, nespot\u0159ebuje se a k ni\u010demu u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9mu nen\u00ed. Ale tento n\u00e1zor se \u010dasem m\u011bnil a vl\u00e1knina za\u010dala nab\u00fdvat na d\u016fle\u017eitosti, a to hlavn\u011b vzhledem k nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00edmu po\u010dtu v\u00fdskytu rakoviny tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva, chronick\u00e9 z\u00e1cpy, hemoroid\u016f a obezity. Proto\u017ee za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed je zde cholesterol obsa\u017een v jist\u00e9m pom\u011bru se solemi \u017elu\u010dov\u00fdch kyselin a lecitinu. Pokud jeho obsah stoupne a z\u00e1rove\u0148 klesne mno\u017estv\u00ed sol\u00ed \u017elu\u010dov\u00fdch kyselin a lecitinu, p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 fungovat podstata \u017elu\u010dov\u00e9ho roztoku a cholesterol se za\u010dne p\u0159etv\u00e1\u0159et do podoby krystalk\u016f. Z nich pak vznikaj\u00ed kameny.<br>Pravideln\u00e1 konzumace dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed vl\u00e1kniny p\u016fsob\u00ed preventivn\u011b. Vl\u00e1knina udr\u017euje spr\u00e1vn\u00fd pom\u011br jmenovan\u00fdch substanc\u00ed. \u017dlu\u010dov\u00e9 soli se vylu\u010duj\u00ed do st\u0159eva, z\u010d\u00e1sti se vst\u0159eb\u00e1vaj\u00ed do krve a s n\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed zp\u011bt do jater. Dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vl\u00e1kniny ve strav\u011b je v tomto okam\u017eiku podstatn\u00e9, proto\u017ee se v\u00e1\u017ee na \u017elu\u010dov\u00e9 soli a stolic\u00ed je vylu\u010dov\u00e1na. Vl\u00e1kniny p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k regulaci cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu spjat\u00e9ho s cholesterolem, \u017elu\u010dov\u00fdmi solemi a lecitinem. \u017dlu\u010d p\u0159itom z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 jemn\u011b visk\u00f3zn\u00ed a nevytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed usazeniny, z nich\u017e by mohly vznikat \u017elu\u010dov\u00e9 kameny. 80 % v\u0161ech \u017elu\u010dov\u00fdch kamen\u016f sest\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z cholesterolu; proto m\u00e9n\u011b cholesterolu ve \u017elu\u010dovodech a \u017elu\u010dn\u00edku znamen\u00e1 men\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1chylnost ke \u017elu\u010dov\u00fdm kamen\u016fm.<br>Dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vl\u00e1kniny ve strav\u011b je v tomto okam\u017eiku podstatn\u00e9!!<br>Dal\u0161\u00ed faktory: poruchy jater, konzumace alkoholu, nadv\u00e1ha, cukrovka, u \u017een po\u010det porod\u016f.<br>V\u011bkov\u00e1 hranice vzniku kamen\u016f se dnes posouv\u00e1 kv\u016fli \u0161patn\u00fdm stravovac\u00edm n\u00e1vyk\u016fm u ml\u00e1de\u017ee i do jejich v\u011bkov\u00e9 kategorie. Statistiky uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee se \u017elu\u010dov\u00e9 kameny vyskytuj\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji u \u017een ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 50-60 let a u mu\u017e\u016f ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 65-70 let.<br>Hodn\u011b tuk\u016f \u2013 m\u00e1lo vl\u00e1kniny<br>Tento proces (hodn\u011b tuk\u016f, m\u00e1lo vl\u00e1kniny) podle statistik v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje rakovinu tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva, slinivky b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed, prsu u \u017een a prostaty u mu\u017e\u016f. Prevence rakoviny spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 prioritn\u011b ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m a vyrovnan\u00e9m slo\u017een\u00ed stravy s dostate\u010dn\u00fdm obsahem p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch vl\u00e1knin a v omezen\u00ed nadbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed tuk\u016f. To v\u0161e spojeno s \u010dast\u00fdm pobytem v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b p\u0159i pohybov\u00e9 aktivit\u011b. V zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9m klidn\u00e9m sp\u00e1nku. P\u0159i nekou\u0159en\u00ed a vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se stresov\u00fdm situac\u00edm.<br>Chybn\u00e9 zvyklosti p\u0159i stravov\u00e1n\u00ed<br>V porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s evropsk\u00fdmi zem\u011bmi v\u00fdzkumy uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee m\u00e1me v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku o polovinu m\u00e9n\u011b vl\u00e1kniny.<br>M\u00e1me toti\u017e \u201eusp\u011bchan\u00e9\u201c preference a zvyklosti p\u0159i stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, d\u00e1v\u00e1me p\u0159ednost j\u00eddeln\u00e1m typu fastfood a bufet\u016fm. Chyb\u00ed n\u00e1m zelenina, celozrnn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, lu\u0161t\u011bniny. Mezi obl\u00edbenou kombinaci j\u00eddel (zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b u ml\u00e1de\u017ee) pat\u0159\u00ed hamburger a cola, potom k\u00e1va (op\u011bt nejl\u00e9pe \u201es sebou\u201c) a cigareta. V\u0161e za pochodu, se sluch\u00e1tky v u\u0161\u00edch.<br>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se v\u011bnuj\u00ed vl\u00e1kninov\u00e9 strav\u011b i sportov\u00e1n\u00ed a o t\u00e9to problematice hodn\u011b v\u011bd\u00ed. \u017del, jsou v men\u0161in\u011b. Ona \u201eepidemie\u201c je tedy z glob\u00e1ln\u00edho pohledu obyvatel \u010cR platn\u00e1 a nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed.<br>Zdroje vl\u00e1kniny<br>Je pot\u0159eba j\u00edst pravideln\u011b potraviny bohat\u00e9 na vl\u00e1kniny, tj. zeleninu, ovoce, lu\u0161t\u011bniny a o\u0159echy. Z v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f vl\u00e1kniny lze jmenovat fazole, hr\u00e1ch, \u010do\u010dku, maliny, ostru\u017einy, jablka, hru\u0161ky, d\u00fdni, ovesn\u00e9 vlo\u010dky, kuku\u0159ici, pohanku, otruby, brokolici, b\u00edlou \u0159edkev, \u0161pen\u00e1t, kapustu, hn\u011bdou r\u00fd\u017ei, cizrnu, mandle, avok\u00e1do, ln\u011bn\u00e1 sem\u00ednka, pap\u00e1ju a arty\u010dok. Su\u0161en\u00e9 ovoce s dostatkem vl\u00e1kniny &#8211; f\u00edky, meru\u0148ky a \u0161vestky &#8211; se pr\u00e1vem doporu\u010duje konzumovat p\u0159i z\u00e1cp\u011b.<br>Vl\u00e1kniny obsahuj\u00ed i mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch \u017eivin v\u010detn\u011b vitamin\u016f, miner\u00e1l\u016f a jin\u00fdch fytochemik\u00e1li\u00ed.<br>Doporu\u010den\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vl\u00e1kniny je asi 30-40 g na den. N\u011bkomu se to nezd\u00e1 moc, ale je docela slo\u017eit\u00e9 alespo\u0148 tuto normu splnit. V\u00fdzkumy uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee se pohybujeme pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b na 10 gramech.
