Pro stanoven\u00ed zdravotn\u00edch z\u00e1v\u011br\u016f je v\u017edy t\u0159eba obr\u00e1tit se na l\u00e9ka\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud v t\u011ble prob\u00edh\u00e1 chronick\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt, b\u00fdv\u00e1 ve h\u0159e mnoho faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 se navz\u00e1jem nespr\u00e1vn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed, co\u017e vede k ne\u0159e\u0161itelnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dva d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 faktory pro orientaci<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoho nemoc\u00ed, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b chronick\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed, je podlo\u017eeno \u0161patn\u00fdm stravovac\u00edm n\u00e1vykem, nedostate\u010dn\u00fdm pit\u00edm, velmi podstatn\u011b stresem, p\u0159et\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm tk\u00e1n\u011b. V jeho t\u011ble jsou pro-z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 podm\u00ednky.
