V&nbsp;badatelsk\u00fdch studi\u00edch je diskutov\u00e1no, \u017ee proces zpomalen\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017ee aktivovat <strong>enzym telomer\u00e1za<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 je kl\u00ed\u010dem k&nbsp;zachov\u00e1n\u00ed ml\u00e1d\u00ed i zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 j\u00e1dro obsahuje <strong>chromozomy<\/strong>. Jsou to v&nbsp;podstat\u011b genetick\u00e9 informace a dost\u00e1v\u00e1me je od sv\u00fdch rodi\u010d\u016f. Jsou b\u00e1z\u00ed adeninu (A), guaninu (G), cytosinu (C) a thyminu (T). Tyto b\u00e1ze se&nbsp;spojuj\u00ed v p\u00e1ry a utv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed tak podle po\u010dtu pravd\u011bpodobnosti na\u0161i jedine\u010dnou sekvenci. Formuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed seskupov\u00e1n\u00ed gen\u016f a d\u00e1vaj\u00ed instrukce, jak se maj\u00ed utv\u00e1\u0159et bu\u0148ky v organizmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u017eivota organizmus sv\u00e9 bu\u0148ky obnovuje procesem zn\u00e1m\u00fdm jako&nbsp;mit\u00f3za; p\u0159i n\u00ed se mate\u0159sk\u00e1 bu\u0148ka rozd\u011bl\u00ed na dv\u011b bu\u0148ky dce\u0159in\u00e9. B\u011bhem mit\u00f3zy kop\u00edruj\u00ed bu\u0148ky sv\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 informace, aby je mohly p\u0159edat dce\u0159in\u00fdm bu\u0148k\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chromozom m\u00e1 na sv\u00fdch \u201eramenech\u201c speci\u00e1ln\u00ed ochrannou \u201e\u010depi\u010dku\u201c zvanou&nbsp;telomer, kter\u00e1 je \u0159\u00edzena p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>enzymu telomer\u00e1zy. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem si bu\u0148ka zaji\u0161\u0165uje, aby byla informace \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b p\u0159ed\u00e1na z&nbsp;jedn\u00e9 generace na druhou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Telomery b\u00fdvaj\u00ed \u010dasto srovn\u00e1v\u00e1ny s plastov\u00fdmi ochrann\u00fdmi \u0161pi\u010dkami \u0161roub\u016f, chr\u00e1n\u00edc\u00edch \u0161roub p\u0159ed po\u0161kozen\u00edm. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem hraj\u00ed telomery d\u016fle\u017eitou roli p\u0159i ochran\u011b DNA a udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed jej\u00ed stability. Zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed telomer\u016f bylo identifikov\u00e1no jako hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina st\u00e1rnut\u00ed lid\u00ed. Jakmile se telomery podstatn\u011b zkr\u00e1t\u00ed a nejsou vytvo\u0159eny nov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky, dojde k \u00famrt\u00ed.&nbsp;Ed. Wunder \u0159ekl: &#8222;Je to doslova, jako bychom \u017eili s tikaj\u00edc\u00edmi hodinami v na\u0161em t\u011ble.&#8220; (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.molecularhydrogenfoundation.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/www.molecularhydrogenfoundation.org\/<\/a>)<br><br><strong>Telomer\u00e1za<\/strong>, zvan\u00e1 tak\u00e9 <strong>telomerov\u00e1 termin\u00e1ln\u00ed transfer\u00e1za<\/strong>, je&nbsp;<strong>enzym<\/strong>&nbsp;tvo\u0159en\u00fd b\u00edlkovinou a podjednotkami RNA, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017eou prodlou\u017eit d\u00e9lku chromozomu p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm sekvenc\u00ed TTAGGG na konce existuj\u00edc\u00edho chromozomu.&nbsp;Je odpov\u011bd\u00ed na&nbsp;<strong>prodlou\u017een\u00ed \u017eivota bun\u011bk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Telomer\u00e1za<\/strong>&nbsp;se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v plodov\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00edch, pohlavn\u00edch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch a tak\u00e9 bu\u0148k\u00e1ch n\u00e1dorov\u00fdch. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee aktivitu tohoto enzymu lze zv\u00fd\u0161it nap\u0159. stravou s vysok\u00fdm rostlinn\u00fdm pod\u00edlem, pravidelnou pohybovou aktivitou a snahou vyvarovat se stresu a zvl\u00e1dat ho. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 je my\u0161lenka v\u011bdc\u016f, \u017ee \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9, saturovan\u00e9 tuky, kter\u00e9 se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na rozvoji oxidativn\u00edho stresu, sni\u017euj\u00ed aktivitu telomer\u00e1zy a urychluj\u00ed kr\u00e1cen\u00ed telomer\u016f, co\u017e je opa\u010dn\u00e1 reakce ne\u017e u rostlinn\u00fdch potravin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Byly provedeny studie, zda extrakt z&nbsp;ko\u0159ene <strong><em>withanie somnifera<\/em><\/strong> (ashwagandhy) p\u016fsob\u00ed na aktivitu telomer\u00e1zy. Z\u00e1v\u011br studie na \u010dervech vyzn\u011bl v&nbsp;tom smyslu, \u017ee ashwagandha prodlu\u017euje \u017eivot h\u00e1\u010f\u00e1tka obecn\u00e9ho.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;praxi se v\u0161ak mus\u00edme \u0159\u00eddit sm\u011brnicemi schv\u00e1len\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch tvrzen\u00ed dle platn\u00fdch na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed EU. A&nbsp;podle nich lze o&nbsp;\u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch ashwagandhy napsat jen toto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>du\u0161evn\u00ed a&nbsp;kognitivn\u00ed \u010dinnost,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed a&nbsp;relaxace,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>norm\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dinnost kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>koncentrace a&nbsp;\u00fanava.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;podobn\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bry plat\u00ed i&nbsp;pro jin\u00e9 testovan\u00e9 potraviny, kter\u00e9 zde nyn\u00ed uvedu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Extrakt z&nbsp;<strong><em>gotucoly<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;(centella asiatica) pat\u0159\u00ed mezi testovan\u00fdmi slou\u010deninami k aktiv\u00e1tor\u016fm telomer\u00e1zy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 v\u00fdzkumy ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee&nbsp;<strong><em>kurkumin<\/em><\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biorenesance.cz\/kurkumin\/\"><\/a>(\u017elut\u00fd pigment v kurkum\u011b) zabra\u0148uje zkracov\u00e1n\u00ed telomer\u016f a m\u016f\u017ee pom\u00e1hat telomer\u016fm v del\u0161\u00edm r\u016fstu t\u00edm, \u017ee aktivuje enzym telomer\u00e1zu, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 prodlou\u017eit a zachovat telomery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Symbivit\u011b bl\u00edzk\u00e1 <strong><em>chlorella<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;a&nbsp;<strong><em>zelen\u00fd je\u010dmen<\/em><\/strong> obsahuj\u00ed l\u00e1tky, je\u017e zkracov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto telomer zpomaluj\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Zaj\u00edmav\u011b vyzn\u00edvaj\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bry studi\u00ed, \u017ee dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem <strong><em>omega-3<\/em><\/strong> mastn\u00fdch kyselin by tedy mohl prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm pomalej\u0161\u00edho zkracov\u00e1n\u00ed telomer\u016f prodlu\u017eovat \u017eivot (Farzaneh-Far et al., 2010). Tomu nasv\u011bd\u010duj\u00ed i v\u00fdzkumy, kter\u00e9 sice nezkoumaly d\u00e9lku telomer\u016f, ale t\u00fdkaly se dosa\u017een\u00e9ho v\u011bku v oblasti St\u0159edozemn\u00edho mo\u0159e. Lid\u00e9 se zde do\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011bru i o n\u011bkolik let v\u00edce ne\u017e v jin\u00fdch zem\u00edch z\u00e1padn\u00ed a st\u0159edn\u00ed Evropy (Kushi et al., 1995). S nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed to nen\u00ed jen z\u00e1sluha omega-3 mastn\u00fdch kyselin, ale tak\u00e9 vitamin\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch l\u00e1tek s antioxida\u010dn\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinky, jako nap\u0159. lykopen nebo tzv. polyfenoly, na n\u011b\u017e je tamn\u00ed strava bohat\u00e1, nap\u0159. z&nbsp;oliv.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161eobecn\u011b l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 literatura uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee pro zdrav\u00fd v\u00fdvoj jedince a&nbsp;pro p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou d\u00e9lku \u017eivota je nezbytn\u00fd dostatek ovoce a zeleniny, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, lu\u0161t\u011bnin, celozrnn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, ryb a dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00edho masa jako z\u00e1ruky, \u017ee se t\u011blu dostanou pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky vitamin\u016f, vl\u00e1kniny, miner\u00e1l\u016f a stopov\u00fdch prvk\u016f. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm d\u00edky antioxida\u010dn\u00ed aktivit\u011b pak mohou n\u011bkter\u00e9 fungovat jako prost\u0159edek zpomaluj\u00edc\u00ed st\u00e1rnut\u00ed \u010di vznik mnoha typ\u016f onemocn\u011bn\u00ed (Dlouh\u00e1, 1998).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9lka telomer&nbsp;je s&nbsp;v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdm pozitivn\u011b spojena, zat\u00edmco opa\u010dn\u00fd efekt &#8211; zkracov\u00e1n\u00ed telomer\u016f &#8211; je spojen s konzumac\u00ed alkoholu, \u010derven\u00e9ho masa a obecn\u011b &#8211; pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00e9ho masa. Tak\u00e9 s&nbsp;kou\u0159en\u00edm, nedostatkem pohybu a&nbsp;stres\u016f.
