{"id":184,"date":"2024-09-27T10:20:44","date_gmt":"2024-09-27T08:20:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/symbivita.cz\/rovnovaha-zivota\/?p=184"},"modified":"2024-09-27T10:20:45","modified_gmt":"2024-09-27T08:20:45","slug":"plizive-nebezpeci","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/symbivita.cz\/rovnovaha-zivota\/2024\/09\/27\/plizive-nebezpeci\/","title":{"rendered":"Pl\u00ed\u017eiv\u00e9 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>V\u00a0ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 minulosti jsem v\u011bnoval pozornost t\u00e9mat\u016fm, kter\u00e9 se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed, s\u00a0c\u00edlem upozornit na <strong>pl\u00ed\u017eiv\u00e9 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed vedouc\u00ed k\u00a0mnoh\u00fdm civiliza\u010dn\u00edm nemocem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm krokem prevence a ochrany zdrav\u00ed je pozornost v\u011bnovan\u00e1 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. Je snadn\u00e9 to realizovat?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nen\u00ed to v\u016fbec snadn\u00e9. Dokladuj\u00ed to reakce poslucha\u010d\u016f p\u0159i besed\u00e1ch. Uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed \u0159adu objektivn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f, kter\u00e9 je nut\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvat rychlou nab\u00eddku obchod\u016f, fastfood\u016f, bufet\u016f k&nbsp;ukojen\u00ed hladu. Ekonomick\u00e1 situace je nut\u00ed k&nbsp;n\u00e1kupu nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch potravinov\u00fdch produkt\u016f a tak\u00e9 jsou notn\u011b ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1ni v\u0161ude p\u0159\u00edtomnou reklamou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A jejich zdrav\u00ed se pomalu bort\u00ed, n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy u l\u00e9ka\u0159e jsou \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, l\u00e9\u010diva z&nbsp;l\u00e9k\u00e1ren pln\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00ed l\u00e9k\u00e1rni\u010dky, aby byla kdykoliv k&nbsp;dispozici, kdy\u017e se dostav\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na co upozornily studie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Touto situac\u00ed se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 \u0159ada v\u011bdeck\u00fdch prac\u00ed, poukazuj\u00ed na souvislosti stravov\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;rozvojem nemoc\u00ed. Jedna z mnoha studi\u00ed nap\u0159. \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee osoby, kter\u00e9 pij\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho <em><u>sycen\u00fdch a sladk\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f<\/u><\/em>, maj\u00ed mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee budou m\u00edt probl\u00e9my s pam\u011bt\u00ed. Jin\u00e9 studie se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na vliv nevhodn\u00e9 stravy na kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed choroby, dal\u0161\u00ed na alergie, autoimunitn\u00ed nemoci a kone\u010dn\u011b rakovinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 potraviny obsahuj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed <em><u>nenasycen\u00fdch<\/u><\/em>, takzvan\u00fdch <em><u>trans-kyselin<\/u><\/em>, a to v tuc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 jsou <em><u>hydrogenizov\u00e1ny<\/u><\/em> (proces ztu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed). V\u00fdsledkem hydrogenace je tuh\u00fd a snadno rozt\u00edrateln\u00fd v\u00fdrobek, dlouho skladovateln\u00fd\u2026 (?!) Je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee tyto tuky nejsou dobr\u00e9 pro na\u0161e c\u00e9vy a srdce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hranolky a zn\u00e1m\u00e1 sma\u017een\u00e1 j\u00eddla a polotovary ur\u010den\u00e9 k rychl\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b sma\u017een\u00edm mohou ovlivnit ment\u00e1ln\u00ed dovednost. Studie prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed je pravideln\u011b konzumuj\u00ed, maj\u00ed hor\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky v testech zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na my\u0161len\u00ed. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u00edme, \u017ee tyto potraviny maj\u00ed schopnost pro-z\u00e1n\u011btlivou, jin\u00fdmi slovy, tvo\u0159\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro vznik z\u00e1n\u011btu a postupem \u010dasu vedou k po\u0161kozen\u00ed c\u00e9v z\u00e1sobuj\u00edc\u00edch srdce a mozek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vysok\u00fd obsah nasycen\u00fdch tuk\u016f v \u010derven\u00e9m mase m\u016f\u017ee \u0161kodit srdci i mozku. Zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed alternativou pro p\u0159\u00edjem kvalitn\u00edho zdroje b\u00edlkovin jsou ryby, libov\u00e1 dr\u016fbe\u017e a lu\u0161t\u011bniny.&nbsp; A podobn\u011b m\u00e1slo a s\u00fdry s vysok\u00fdm obsahem tuku jsou pln\u00e9 nasycen\u00fdch tuk\u016f a ve v\u00fdsledku se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na indexu omega-6 ku omega-3 ve prosp\u011bch omega-6, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se v&nbsp;t\u011ble op\u011bt vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed \u00b4v\u00fdhodn\u00e9\u00b4 podm\u00ednky pro z\u00e1n\u011bt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;nab\u00eddce jsou tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 koblihy, ale studie byly prov\u00e1d\u011bny s&nbsp;americk\u00fdmi koblihami. Jsou sma\u017een\u00e9 a pln\u00e9 cukru, co\u017e je \u0161patn\u00e1 kombinace nejen pro udr\u017een\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 hmotnosti, ale i pro zdrav\u00ed c\u00e9v, srdce a mozku. N\u011bkter\u00e9 studie spojuj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 koncentrace cukru v krvi dokonce s demenc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dresingy, marin\u00e1dy, sirupy a jin\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky&nbsp;jsou \u010dast\u00fdmi reprezentanty pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00fdch dochucovadel, kter\u00e1 obsahuj\u00ed \u00b4p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b\u00b4 velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed frukt\u00f3zy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je zde \u0159e\u010d o cukrech, ale problematika se t\u00fdk\u00e1 tak\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9ho chleba a b\u00edl\u00e9 r\u00fd\u017ee. Rafinovan\u00e9 sacharidy vznikaj\u00ed tak, \u017ee jsou b\u011bhem pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed zbavov\u00e1ny vl\u00e1kniny a dal\u0161\u00edch nutri\u010dn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch slo\u017eek. Zrna obilovin se odstran\u011bn\u00edm slupky zbav\u00ed tak\u00e9 cenn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, a p\u0159esto\u017ee v\u00fdsledn\u00e9 potraviny nemusej\u00ed m\u00edt sladkou chu\u0165, mohou zp\u016fsobovat prudk\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed glyk\u00e9mie, n\u00e1sledovan\u00e9 jej\u00edm prudk\u00fdm poklesem. <em><u>P\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e1 konzumace t\u011bchto cukr\u016f pak m\u016f\u017ee zvy\u0161ovat riziko Alzheimerovy nemoci<\/u><\/em>, obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b u lid\u00ed s genetickou predispozic\u00ed. Proto je vhodn\u00e9 up\u0159ednostnit celozrnn\u00e9 pe\u010divo, t\u011bstoviny a hn\u011bdou r\u00fd\u017ei.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A je\u0161t\u011b je pot\u0159eba se zm\u00ednit o sycen\u00fdch a r\u016fzn\u011b slazen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u00edch, kter\u00e9 jsou hodn\u011b popul\u00e1rn\u00ed u ml\u00e1de\u017ee. Ta se sna\u017e\u00ed udr\u017eet svou ment\u00e1ln\u00ed kondici, proto vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1 super sladk\u00e9 n\u00e1poje, limon\u00e1dy, energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje, kter\u00e9 pr\u00fd maj\u00ed k\u0159\u00eddla. V\u00fdzkumy uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee jedinci, kte\u0159\u00ed pij\u00ed hodn\u011b sycen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f, slazen\u00e9ho \u010daje a jin\u00fdch sladk\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f, maj\u00ed mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost v\u00fdskytu probl\u00e9m\u016f s pam\u011bt\u00ed. Tyto n\u00e1poje, mnohdy obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed frukt\u00f3zu, mohou v extr\u00e9mn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech dokonce v\u00e9st <strong><em>ke zmen\u0161en\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed mozku<\/em><\/strong>.&nbsp;V\u00fdrobci se sna\u017e\u00ed dod\u00e1vat na trh r\u016fzn\u00e9 dietn\u00ed limon\u00e1dy a n\u00e1poje s um\u011bl\u00fdmi sladidly. Ozna\u010duj\u00ed je zna\u010dkou \u201elight\u201d \u010di \u201ebez cukru\u201d a pod t\u00edmto vlivem si kupuj\u00edc\u00ed v dobr\u00e9 v\u00ed\u0159e mysl\u00ed, \u017ee pokud tyto n\u00e1poje neobsahuj\u00ed sachar\u00f3zu, jsou zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b existuj\u00ed d\u016fkazy, \u017ee pop\u00edjen\u00ed n\u00e1poj\u016f s um\u011bl\u00fdmi sladidly vede <strong><em>k 3\u00d7 (!) vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnosti mozkov\u00e9 mrtvice nebo rozvoji demence<\/em><\/strong>. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je v\u0161echny sladk\u00e9 n\u00e1poje omezit a pitn\u00fd re\u017eim dodr\u017eovat konzumac\u00ed vody, bylinn\u00fdch \u010daj\u016f a \u010derstv\u00fdch ovocn\u00fdch \u010di zeleninov\u00fdch \u0161\u0165\u00e1v.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O alkoholu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>by se ji\u017e asi nemuselo ps\u00e1t, v\u0161ichni znaj\u00ed dopady \u010dast\u00e9ho po\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed alkoholu, p\u0159esto vyp\u00edchnu jeho vliv na nervov\u00e9 komunika\u010dn\u00ed cesty, co\u017e postupn\u011b vede k dezorientaci a depresivn\u00edmu lad\u011bn\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navzdory tomu, \u017ee jsou zn\u00e1m\u00e9 negativn\u00ed vlivy uveden\u00fdch potravin na zdrav\u00ed, setk\u00e1v\u00e1m se u pacient\u016f s t\u00edm, \u017ee nemaj\u00ed tu\u0161en\u00ed o t\u011bchto v\u011bcech. A n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed odm\u00edtaj\u00ed zm\u011bnit skladbu sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Ka\u017ed\u00fd si m\u016f\u017ee ud\u011blat sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy\u017e se na p\u016fl hodiny postav\u00ed ke vchodu hypermarketu a vid\u00ed, co si lid\u00e9 odv\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed v&nbsp;ko\u0161\u00edc\u00edch dom\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nab\u00eddka t\u00e9mat a prezentac\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po sv\u00e9 30let\u00e9 praxi se dnes v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci sv\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed sna\u017e\u00edm o v\u00fdklad t\u011bchto varovn\u00fdch skute\u010dnost\u00ed formou p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ek, prezentac\u00ed a besed. Zde uv\u00e1d\u00edm tituly zpracovan\u00fdch t\u00e9mat a nab\u00eddku prezentac\u00ed.
