Zlato\u017elut\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ek z\u00edsk\u00e1van\u00fd z t\u00e9to rostliny se k&nbsp;l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010del\u016fm v zem\u00edch sv\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ji\u017e 4000 let. Tyto pr\u00e1ce sleduj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek kurkumy v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpadech\nrakoviny slinivky, p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed PSA, co\u017e je ukazatel rozvoje rakoviny prostaty,\nu pacient\u016f s&nbsp;kolorekt\u00e1ln\u00edm karcinomem. Sleduje se vliv na potla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed\nmetast\u00e1z u rakoviny prostaty, plic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodatek: <em>Za<\/em> <strong><em>rizikov\u00e9\nfaktory<\/em><\/strong> <em>vzniku rakoviny<\/em> jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny <strong><em>konzumace alkoholu, kou\u0159en\u00ed,\nnadm\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem soli, nadv\u00e1ha, nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 aktivita a konzumace \u010derven\u00e9ho,\nuzen\u00e9ho a grilovan\u00e9ho masa<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce sleduj\u00ed <strong><em>synergick\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek<\/em><\/strong><em> kurkuminu s&nbsp;chemoterapi\u00ed u <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em>rakoviny d\u011blo\u017en\u00edho \u010d\u00edpku, prsu, tlust\u00e9ho\nst\u0159eva. <\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukazuje se, \u017ee sou\u010dinnost kurkuminu\np\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b vedlej\u0161\u00edch projev\u016f chemoterapie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zkou\u0161\u00ed se pod\u00e1vat kurkumin v&nbsp;prevenci n\u011bkter\u00fdch typ\u016f\nschizofrenie, u adenom\u016f a polyp\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preventivn\u00ed\n\u00fa\u010dinek kurkuminu je zkoum\u00e1n u z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch metabolick\u00fdch a kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch\nonemocn\u011bn\u00ed, u diabetu a tak\u00e9 u depres\u00ed, proto\u017ee zvy\u0161uje koncentraci\nbeta-endorfin\u016f a serotoninu v mozku, a tento efekt se m\u016f\u017ee dostavit pr\u00e1v\u011b\nzlep\u0161en\u00edm biologick\u00e9ho vyu\u017eit\u00ed pomoc\u00ed <strong><em>kombinace kurkuminu a piperinu <\/em><\/strong><em>jako<strong>\np\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho antidepresiva.<\/strong><\/em>St\u00e1le&nbsp;v\u0161ak nen\u00ed objasn\u011bno, pro\u010d\nhladina serotoninu kles\u00e1<strong>\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nov\u00e9 pozn\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;oblasti <strong><em>epigenetiky<\/em><\/strong> poskytuje d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9\nzji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee <em>vlivy vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, nap\u0159.\nv\u00fd\u017eiva, mohou z\u00e1sadn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem zm\u011bnit aktivitu gen\u016f \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edch \u010dinnost mozku<\/em>.\nJe to obecn\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1no za jeden z&nbsp;nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch objev\u016f ve v\u00fdzkumu mozku za\nposledn\u00edch deset let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A na objevy epigenetiky navazuje i obor zvan\u00fd <strong><em>nutrigenetika<\/em><\/strong>.\nTa kombinuje molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed genetiku s&nbsp;naukou o zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b. Naz\u00fdv\u00e1 se tak\u00e9\nmolekul\u00e1rn\u00ed <strong><em>nutriciologie<\/em><\/strong>. Jej\u00edm c\u00edlem je sledovat vliv genov\u00fdch polymorfizm\u016f\n(pro jeden znak existuj\u00ed dv\u011b genetick\u00e9 varianty) na metabolick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky\njednotliv\u00fdch slo\u017eek stravy, s c\u00edlem vypracovat individu\u00e1ln\u00ed dietn\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed\npro prevenci a l\u00e9\u010dbu metabolick\u00fdch poruch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aby byla informace kompletn\u00ed, je t\u0159eba zm\u00ednit pojem <strong><em>nutrigenomika<\/em><\/strong>.\nTa zkoum\u00e1 mechanizmy, jimi\u017e nutri\u010dn\u00ed faktory ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed <em>expresi<\/em> gen\u016f a <em>regula\u010dn\u00ed\nfunkce<\/em> genov\u00fdch produkt\u016f\u2026 (Exprese genu je\nproces, kter\u00fdm je v genu ulo\u017een\u00e1 informace p\u0159evedena v bun\u011b\u010dnou strukturu &#8211;\nprotein nebo funkci.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kurkumin<\/strong>\nnedok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159\u00edmo ovlivnit DNA, to ani neo\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me, ale <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em>m\u016f\u017ee zasahovat prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch\nepigenetick\u00fdch mechanizm\u016f, jako je metylace DNA, acetylace, modifikace histon\u016f,\nzm\u011bny miRNA, a t\u00edm <strong>ovlivn\u00ed, kter\u00fd gen se\nprojev\u00ed a kter\u00fd nikoliv<\/strong><\/em>, kter\u00fd gen se zapne nap\u0159. pro rakovinu a\nkter\u00fd naopak rakovinn\u00fd proces vypne.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V biochemii rozli\u0161ujeme skupinu enzym\u016f s&nbsp;n\u00e1zvem\nDNA methyltransfer\u00e1za (DNA MT\u00e1za, DNMT&#8230;), kter\u00e1 katalyzuje p\u0159enos methylov\u00e9\nskupiny na DNA. Methylace\nDNA slou\u017e\u00ed \u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1le biologick\u00fdch funkc\u00ed. V\u0161echny\nzn\u00e1m\u00e9 DNA methyltransfer\u00e1zy pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jako donor methylu S-adenosyl methionin\n(SAM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurkumin se \u0159ad\u00ed mezi epigeneticky aktivn\u00ed\nslou\u010deniny -fytoslou\u010deniny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Jak<\/em><\/strong><em> je kurkumin<\/em> uveden\u00fdm kontroln\u00edm syst\u00e9mem <em>pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n<\/em>? T\u00edm doch\u00e1z\u00ed k zamezen\u00ed \u010di omezen\u00ed\nspr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho pr\u016fb\u011bhu enzymatick\u00e9 reakce. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se to t\u00fdk\u00e1 tak\u00e9\nrakovinn\u00fdch bun\u011bk<\/em>. A kurkumin pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u016fsoben\u00edm na micro RNA pom\u00e1h\u00e1\novliv\u0148ovat mno\u017een\u00ed rakovinn\u00fdch bun\u011bk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 vlivy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sni\u017euje expresi \u0159ady gen\u016f, kter\u00e9 se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na zes\u00edlen\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btu\nse vztahem k&nbsp;rozvoji nap\u0159. Alzheimerovy choroby, karcinomu a ischemick\u00e9\nchoroby srde\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 zm\u00ednit, \u017ee Indie m\u00e1 nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed tendence k&nbsp;Alzheimerov\u011b\nchorob\u011b na sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurkumin pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje mnoh\u00e9 enzymy, transkrip\u010dn\u00ed faktory,\nz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 cytokiny, kin\u00e1zy, r\u016fstov\u00e9 faktory, receptory a mnoh\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed\nmechanismy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bdeck\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce tak\u00e9 potvrzuj\u00ed lidov\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti o \u00fa\u010dinku <strong>kurkuminu<\/strong> v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b <strong><em>kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch\nchorob<\/em><\/strong> (KV). Sleduje se \u00fa\u010dinek na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed tvorby aterosklerotick\u00fdch\npl\u00e1t\u016f a na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed cholesterolu. V&nbsp;prevenci t\u011bchto nemoc\u00ed hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou\nroli i jeho epigenetick\u00e9 p\u016fsoben\u00ed: Epidemiologick\u00e9 studie uskute\u010dn\u011bn\u00e9 ve druh\u00e9\npolovin\u011b minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed prok\u00e1zaly v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pod\u00edl pozitivn\u00ed rodinn\u00e9 anamn\u00e9zy\nna celkov\u00e9m riziku kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch chorob (KV), a to manifestac\u00ed\nateroskler\u00f3zy. Chyb\u011blo v\u0161ak vysv\u011btlen\u00ed, <em>pro\u010d<\/em> se tak d\u011bje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 epidemiologick\u00fdch prac\u00ed, je\u017e prokazuj\u00ed\nv\u00fdznam n\u011bkter\u00fdch genov\u00fdch polymorfizm\u016f pro nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed rizika ischemick\u00e9\nchoroby srde\u010dn\u00ed (ICHS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pozn\u00e1mka 1<\/strong>: Pro\nFrancouze je sice charakteristick\u00fd vysok\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem tuk\u016f ve strav\u011b, p\u0159esto maj\u00ed\nstatisticky ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00famrtnost zp\u016fsobenou kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edmi nemocemi. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, <em>ob\u00e9zn\u00ed lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed zapnut\u00fd <strong>gen pro tvorbu tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b<\/strong> <strong>(obezogen<\/strong><\/em><strong>)<\/strong>. Tento term\u00edn v&nbsp;prvn\u00edm desetilet\u00ed\ntohoto stolet\u00ed pou\u017eil na Kalifornsk\u00e9 univerzit\u011b biolog Blumberg pot\u00e9, co\nprov\u00e1d\u011bl studie na my\u0161\u00edch.
